1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your location and product availability. Some premium items may ship faster.
Suppliers: Please note that some of our products are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers. This means your order may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, international logistics and customs may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item:

Change of Mind: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear, intimate apparel, or custom-made pieces unless faulty.

How to Request a Return:

Contact us at lunabellaco.au@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is sent for processing and cannot be cancelled.

Ensure that shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
Be aware of customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in your country (outside Australia).
Treat garments with care and follow provided care instructions for longevity.
